Having worked in the design and construction industries since the early 1990s, I do not just show houses. I have the ability to help buyers identify unseen potential, evaluate layout changes, and estimate remodeling projects on the spot. My focus with clients is to keep them calm when high-stakes timelines and negotiations get stressful. Real estate decisions carry immense emotional and financial weight, which is why I lead with honest listening, approachable humor, and steady negotiation rather than high-pressure tactics. That’s not my style.

Being named the 2025 REALTOR® Of The Year and serving on our local association’s Board Of Directors reflects my deep commitment to doing things the correct way for our community. I also advocate for our industry by attending both Iowa and Illinois state conventions annually.

Outside of real estate, you will find me walking our Golden Doodle Stella, listening to live music, coaching our local youth for Iowa Select Volleyball Club, or spectating competitive golf tournaments of my husband Ben or daughter Maura.
